Senior Partner
Mark is the principal of the firm of Shub & Associates, P.C. and has been in the private practice of law since 1972 with a concentration in the healthcare sector. He represents health care providers nationally in all aspects of corporate transactional matters, including real estate transactions, with an emphasis on negotiation of service agreements, organizing entities, creating internal operational documents, negotiating sales, mergers and acquisitions, analyzing regulatory and compliance issues and advising on operational transactions as well as representation in disciplinary matters before regulatory agencies. He represents clients as general counsel as well as special project counsel.
